Anta is an educational app for Senegalese schools, developed by Socratika. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used. We are committed to protecting the privacy of students and their families.
Anta requests camera and photo library access solely so students can photograph their handwritten dictation work for correction. Photos are processed for correction purposes only and are not uploaded to external servers, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
The app uses anonymous Firebase authentication. No personal information — name, email address, or phone number — is collected or required to use the app.
Student progress is stored locally on the device (localStorage / IndexedDB). This data is not transmitted to any server, except for optional synchronisation with Firebase when the device is online.
Anta does not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking technologies. No behavioural data is collected or sold.
Anta is designed for school use with children. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Given its anonymous-only authentication model, no identifiable data is associated with any student.
